Once your booking has been made with Nkgono Malepena, please note the following carefully:

1. You have a 10 minute grace period prior to your consultation.
2. Once the grace period lapses, your consultation is canceled with no refund.
3. We do not offer refunds upon cancellation due to lateness or failure to honour your slot.
4. You may reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.
5. Please note that you forfeit 50% of your consultation offering upon cancellation of 48 hours prior.
6. Please ensure that you have selected the correct prefered method of consultation.
7. Amending your booking method carries a 50% penalty.
